Q: Will the channel number change?
A: No—the channel number(s) will stay the same. Freeform is available in HD on channel 102 and in SD on channel 2102.
Q: Do I need to subscribe to a different cable package to watch Freeform?
A: No, Freeform is available in the same package (Standard) that ABC Family was in.
Q: What’s going to happen to the WATCH ABC Family app?
A: Watch ABC Family will change its name to WATCH Freeform in January 2016. You’ll still be able to watch your favorite shows & the network plans to add cool new features as well. Your username/ID and password will remain the same to access WATCH Freeform.
Q: Will I need to change my DVR? I already set it to record my favorite shows.
A: No, you shouldn’t need to change your DVR, but doesn’t hurt to double check!
