In this article, we walk through the steps you need to take to hide TV show or movie titles and other show information from the Guide.

C Spire’s Parental Control system provides you with the ability to limit access to certain programming based upon the TV or Movie rating of the title in question. In addition to this capability, parents also have the option of hiding the offensive content from the guide.

Showing / hiding locked channels and restricted titles is easy. Follow these steps to adjust the settings on your Set Top Box.

1. Using your C Spire Remote Control, navigate using the following buttons: MENU > SETTINGS > PARENTAL > Options
2. You will be prompted to enter in your Parental Control ‘Ratings PIN.’ Enter your PIN and click OK.
3. By default, locked channels and restricted titles will still show up in the guide. Using the left/right arrow keys on your remote, set these to NO to prevent them from showing up in the guide.
4. Click OK.

Now locked channels and restricted titles will no longer show up in your guide.
